Wooler is a small town in Northumberland with the usual compliment of pubs, cafes and shops.
Northumberland is a spectacular place. The coast has endless beaches and castles, there is the famous Lindisfarne Island (with it's famous mead and infamous causeway crossing). Inland there are hill and hundreds of miles of quiet roads for doing that riding thing.
For accommodation Wooler has hotels, pubs, B&B's, holiday homes and nearby camping / caravan sites. You will need to sort your own accommodation out, but everywhere is within a short walk of the town centre so drinking and stumbling home won't be an issue even for the most inebriated.
As usual I will be doing ride-outs Saturday and Sunday, one of which will be to Lindisfarne.
