Details:
A camping weekend near Hadrian's Wall and a perfect introduction to Northumberland and the Boarders.
You can walk up to the wall from the campsite, a perfect evening stroll to the pub.
Saturday will be a ride out into the depths of Northumberland. Prepare yourselves for empty roads and lots of 'em.
Winshields campsite is our base, it's on the B6318, the old Military Road that runs parallel to Hadrian's Wall. It has all the facilities you could require including a bunkbarn.
The Twice Brewed Inn is 5 minutes walk away and will provide beer, food and accommodation for those who want it.
