£15 per person, with a certificate on completion of the course

2 - 3 hours course covering:
Incident Management
The Unconscious Casualty
Head Injury
CPR
Spinal and Neck Injury Management
Shock and Bleeding Fractures/Muscle and Tissue Injury Management.

A non breathing casualty can die in just 3 - 4 mins, maybe before the professionals get there to help.
It might be down to you to save your fellow biker.
