Are there any hardy bikers out there who fancy freezing their bits off in remembrance of Guy Fawkes?
The Wobbly Goolies MCC are having a
Bonfire party at the same site that they hold their rally, Tablers Wood at West Cowick, just off the M62. Entrance is £5.
There's free camping at the site. The gates open at 3pm to give you plenty of time to pitch up while it's still light.
Once you're set up, if it's really chilly, it's only walking distance into the village where there's a few pubs and shops and a chippy.
Then the bonfire will be lit at 7pm and fireworks start at 8.
After the outdoor shinannigans there's a Disco, and there's food available on site so you can have your bonfire fodder! But the event isn't licensed so remember, remember... to bring your own alcohol.
