Housing can help with tenancy law , tenancy agreements letting, sub letting ASB etc can also give advice on eviction, homelessness etc

Good grief after reading some of that I'm at best a partially trained up idiot.
Although if coaxed with a pointy stick I can just about through together some construction plans, specifications and contracts.
But I'd much rather be making friends with a cold beer....

Used to be Homer Simpson at a nuclear power station. Now, since early retirement, I make things in my garage. Stainless silencers, collectors and brackets. also use mild steel and alloy. I do services for friends and have been working on bikes for 37 years.

Background in criminal Trading Standards law enforcement and a good working knowledge of civil law/ consumers rights .... will help you if i can . ... however TS Law ecompasses a huge range of topics .... if i can't help you myself i can generally signpost you where you need to go for specialist advice ...
