Hey Cat... is this for all members or only a specific profile?

It sounds like a problem with your mobile to be honest.

What kind of phone are you using?

Just tried it myself on 2 Samsung galaxies...an s4 and s6, both work ok.

Please install chrome and tell me if that works.

What happens if you click the right arrow instead of swiping?

Please send me some examples that crash for you so I can look at it. I have an idea what it might be but I need proof for my theory.

Thanx

No I'm not saying switch to chrome permanently... I want to know if the issue is browser related (because Chrome works on my phone).

But... if it's specific to certain profiles, then switching browsers wont fix the issue.

It's all about narrowing-down until we can see what the root cause is

I think it might be something to do with the auto-loading.

Basically, as you scroll right the images will begin to load one by one. Only the first 3 photos from each album will load when you first open the profile.

The reason is to prevent you downloading hundreds of photos all at once - which is heavy for the server, your internet connection and your browser.

It could be that some browsers cannot handle the automatic loading of images, but I'm yet to find a browser myself that's not working. Even the Crapple products work
