Has anyone any tips for a steamed up visor ? Suffered with that today on and off with the rain lashing down. I've tried Fog City inserts and the crap that they try and flog you at the Bike Show. Anyone out there 'in the know ?'

I have a Shoei with their antifog insert and it works for me. It fever mists up for more than a few seconds when my hot breath gets up in it.

Pinlock is the best - a bit pricy, but definitely worth it if you ride in all weathers.

Don't breath whilst wearing it :-)

I had a pin lock in my shoie and have done the same with my shark.

Diy trick is shaving foam, spray on, wipe off (obviously) and polish. Works on the mirror in the bathroom

If you can get a visor with a pinlock insert its great although in the winter it will fog in the end.

Cleaning the visor and then buffing it up with furniture polish (pledge mr sheene, or sainsburys cheepo special) works very well. it also make the water and dirt to just bead off the visor reducing the need wipe. Also has a side effect of making the visor stay scratch free for longer as you never wipe it.

Open face helmet works but stings a bit when you get over 60 in rain lol

Pinlock.
But don't keep taking it out or the seal gives up.
Don't stop her glasses steaming up though.

Ride really really really fast , or,,,, hosepipe from silencers fitted to the inside of your chin piece. The warm fumes will keep your visor clear.Just don't ride more than one mile at a time. Lol 😁

After cleaning the visor put a small blob of washing up liquid on a clean cloth and rub it in completely.
When I was dispatching it would last about three days.
