Just a heads-up that from now on TalkTalk email addresses are blocked.
Our emails cannot get delivered to their servers and I can not get them to help me resolve the situation in any way. I told them months ago that if they didn't cooperate then I would block people using BM with a TalkTalk email address. Their customer service is terrible and they refuse to help me because I don't have my customer number (i'm not a customer! Idiots they are).
Anyhow, from now on if you have a TalkTalk email account please be prepared to use a hotmail/gmail etc account.
Thanks. And please feel free to complain to TalkTalk (or even better, change ISPs!)
