While first and foremost I am dad to my 3 girls, when I can I also enjoy cross-country, road running, cycling, and playing badminton.
I’m physically fit and healthy & told I'm wearing well for my age, so will take that and definitely keep running with it 😆
My hair was mega bright ginger once (see profile pics for a laugh 🤭) but is now silvering and thinning but I’m still the same person I always was underneath it.

I’m a very active, young minded 54 year old dad with a good sense of humour and three amazing teenage daughters who live with me but who are now finally becoming more independent, apparently! 🤣
I would love to meet a female friend either with or without a bike, who, after getting to know me better through messaging here, may be interested in sharing some time, laughter, ride-outs and biking adventures with. I am looking for friendship at present, I am honestly not looking for a relationship at this stage, happy to explain why later.
