OK hear we go again, back after thinking I found the right woman.
The bad stuff first, by body is getting old, yes aren't we all, but my mind isn't, I hope I don't look my age, I certainly don't act it, I could do with loosing the odd pound or two but well on the way, already lost 1 1/2 stone this year alone.
