i'm big boned(watch far to much southpark!)
but shrinkling by the week thanks to a strictish diet, heading for the 19 st mark at long last. i am now also getting to the gym 3 times a week, so aiming to get thinner and fitter. . . . i am semi vego now as i only eat whitemeat/fish
