I’m 61, Essex-based, independent, naturally me and at the stage of life where I know who I am and what makes me happy.

I’m a huge animal lover — especially cats — and my life is busy, noisy and occasionally chaotic thanks to family, children, grandchildren and a house full of animals. 🐈🐕 I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m warm, affectionate, loyal and have a pretty wicked sense of humour. I love a good laugh, music, dancing, holidays, days out, charity shops, garden centres and spending time with people I care about. I’m equally happy having a quiet evening with a drink and a film.

I’m not high-maintenance or obsessed with appearances. I’m naturally me, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates that.

I’ve got a strong personality and I like a man who has one too. I’m attracted to confidence and a naturally dominant nature, but kindness matters just as much. You need to be good with children and love animals — especially cats, because my resident furry boss will be making the final decision. 😂🐈

And yes… I’m rather partial to bikers. 🏍️

You don’t need to be polished. In fact, a bit of grease under the fingernails, a motorbike and a man who looks like he’s actually lived a little could be rather appealing.

A genuine man over 50 who is kind, confident, affectionate and emotionally available.

Non-smoker and drug-free are important to me. Having your own life and your own home is a definite bonus but happy if you live with family

I’d rather meet someone, have a laugh, see if there’s chemistry and take it from there.

I drive now rather than ride as I need new knees due to arthritis!
