AndyRosso mentioned that the BM Xmas meal for us lot 'ere dahn sarf would be at the Moat Hotel on the A20 at Wrotham. I can't remember what date was mentioned but I believe it was either the first or second week in December. PM Andy for more details....
Ok folks, apologies for enforced abscence last couple of weeks....
However Ive now checked with the venue, NO ONE has yet placed a deposit there.
If deposits are not recd soon our places will be released to other parties. So check out the details on the event tab or my latest post on the General Chat where you will find KENT XMAS MEAL. Follow the instructions and place a deposit £5 quick.
Click the box on the event as attending too. If there too many takers for the meal there always the bar area we could use as overflow.

confused.com as other meals I have attended there have said there are rooms....sorry I didn't think to check it out myself.
As Elly says there is at least one Hotel within a ten minute stagger.
Also may be some acc in the village (Wrotham) but its about a mile away.
I guess we can sort a car shuttle service tho...
Perhaps we can make do this year and if event is well attended I will find something better next time if you want.
The VJMC have used this place for a few yrs and its always been oK so I guess I took the safe route...it is easy to access from M25 and M20/A20
However if we want a party after the meal then we need to think of a different location in central kent.
