I had a quote for 5 grand years ago when I wanted to despatch on my old Exup. I only paid 1500 for it at the time. Insurance companies are just robbing bastards!!
Sorry I should have said quote, but you got that. Have got it down to £1,300 3rd party for my 955i, but they won't cover my 1050 sport for couriering and it gets better this company won't cover my Sport at all because of the high value of it with my garage being a whole 5 minutes walk from home.
The same thing that makes me laugh every single day ... expecting (and never getting) honesty from humans, thank feck I can laugh about and handle it, many people can't ... ;)
Of course I remember visiting Paris in the 70s and 80s where there was a pissoir (or vespassiene to be more polite) to be found at regular intervals on a walk around the city.
