Well, i'm trying to stop. Again. Started when i was 13 or 14, knocked it on the head when i was 19 and bought my house. Never touched one from then until on holiday on my own in july 2009. God knows what possessed me to have one, just was fed up and seemed like a good idea at the time. So since then, i've stopped for more than a month on 3 maybe 4 occasions, one of which was more than 3 months. Problem is, i can be fine for ages and not miss it at all, but the slightest stressful situation has me immediately craving one and giving in within no time at all. I openly admit, i'm weak! I managed to not have one for 2 1/2 days last week, but once again, the time wasn't right. Bugger. Anyway, chucked them out yesterday, and currently wanting one like mad. however, if i manage to get through today without having one, i'll post again. If i give in, you'll hear no more from me on the matter lol!
