Hi Peeps was hoping to arrange a ride out to Matlock on the 18th starting from my place in chadderton (OLDHAM)

The Ride is not a direct route it will be about 80 miles and take about 2 1/2 hours ish to do there

The ride will start at 9.30 am so if you want a brew come round earlier

THE ROUTE

We will take the A62 into Oldham at mumps bridge (were there is no bridge anymore)
We will take the A669 to greenfield then left onto A635 Holmfirth road
At the end we will turn right onto the A6024 Down to the Woodhead pass

Down the woodheadpass and take a left onto the B6105
Which will take you to the lights in Glossop town centre
At this point there is a cafe throught the lights on the left hands side for a 15 min pit stop

Then we crack on down the A624 to townend and turn Right on to the B5470 down to the main lights
Turn left onto the A5004 LONG HILL What an amzing bit of road into buxton

Down the A6 till we reach the chesterfield turn off
Left onto the A619 at Bakewell Stay on there then till we get to the roundabout on the A632

Turn right at the roundabout onto the A632 then stay on it all the way into Matlock should be there at about 12.30 just in time for some dinner

This ride is open to anybody whom wishes to attend

@mandy it will be a fast ride in places for some people, cause there are some lovely twistys in places whoop whoop, But it wont be a problem for anybody as there will be a back door charlie at each junction(so it will be a ride at your own pace no problems), So for peeps whom ride at a slower place there will always someone waiting for the peeps at the end of the line and we will all get there in 1 group of happy chaps and chapetts
