ok here goes....

After falling off my bike, in a car park on gravel, down in Cornwall, I bent my clutch lever and also my bar end..

Well.... I have now replaced the clutch lever with a new one.. I now wanted to try and sort the bar end out.. The problem I have is that the Internal Weight has broken off where the bolt screws in to it..

I need a new internal weight but I cannot find them listed anywhere.. I will use my existing bar end weight as that is ok..

I have been searching for every combination of what I may think it is called but to no avail.. I could go to a scrap yard I guess but you dont know how long it may last..
Other than going to the Honda dealer, is there anywhere who sell them?

Fingers crossed

Deb xox

If they are that common, wouldn't it be easy to find them online?

I dont think they come seperate Deb, only as a combined unit .. .. And the ones I've seen in bike shops have been sold as pairs, but always happy to be corrected !! AS John says .. most bike accesory shops sell them.

As far as I know Deb, they're just called bar ends...

Just done a google for "motorcycle bar ends" and come up trumps.

Hey Sharky...

Its not the Bar Ends I want... It is the weight that slides inside the bar that the end screws in to....

It looks like its made of lead with 2 rubber grommets on and threaded on one end..

I have put a picture on my profile of the weight that shows the threaded end that has broken off..

It is this part that I am after and not the bar end..

Just had a quick search on Fleabay, typed in bar end weights then narrowed down to honda and there are 8 pages on the sixth as it came up for me was the only thing looking like you want but was listed as being off a 125 and they are ooop north. SK Motorcycles £24.99 + £4.99 p&p number listed as 07590 493457

Hi deb, looked at your broken bits if you get stuck find a piece of steel rod and araldite the two halves together, better would be to thread the 2 halves and use a piece of appropriate studding. Shame your too far away could do it in 10 mins.

Look at that Debs ... spoke to our local bike dealer he said what your looking for is the handle bar weights ... and this looks like what you have a pic of

Looking at the seller they do all different ones for all types of bikes, may be worth dropping them an email, but that one is listed as fitting your bike
