My friend that also has CF featured and wrote parts of this article to help gain awareness of the need for Donor's due to the lack and need for donor's for all different reasons, such as Kidney transplants in renal failure, Liver transplants for liver failure, lung transplants for people like Mr_Ps brother and the person that helped write this article

Thoughts are with you and your friend Adam, a double transplant is hard to get. We known... Ians brother has been waiting years now for one, he has been told he prob would have had a transplant by now if he only needed one, :-(
