Welcome Countess, I can vouch for how long it takes to get broadband reconnected. We are having loads of hassle with BT in work. so much so we called BT and asked for 100 MAC codes. the monkey on the phone nearly had a heart attack.

Hi dragon, few teething problems with the new chat room apparently, I was in there and my screen kept freezing - tad annoying when your in mid flow lol. Persevere though! I joined 2 days ago - bm are a great bunch and made me feel really welcome!
