Lots of little prizes like pints will be hard to manage to be honest. And the whole thing is being sponsored by Bridgestone who are giving us the tyres. I've put months into sorting it out too, like designing the new section and getting the sponsorship agreed, the last thing I want is to be spending money on it too lol (See topic about new server room).
I'm down to my last 100 euros now :-P
haha i know, im supposed to have a flying lesson tomorrow (first solo) but ive not got the cash now this month (Why? Because some of the damn networking kit i bought for the new server room isn't up to scratch so I've had to order a new router today)

Yes photos have to have 3 things... You, a bike or trike etc (anyones) and a place name ('welcome' sign for a town, or pub name sign etc).
For example, "The Swan Inn" would be used for "S" in your photos.
Definitely have to have a bike in though... the whole idea is to get you all out and active, team up and go take photos of each other and so on.
