i had a topic removed yesterday and on reflection it was a bit close to the edge but before it was removed i had the best piece of advice posted yet which was to snap out of it cheers ghosthunter and do you know what i think i have i feel miles better today i had a talk with some of my mates and we are planning quality rides out every other sunday so now i have something to look forward to so its onwards and upwards for me and no more feeling sorry for myself cheers every one

cheers karey just got in i have been out for a meal with a old friend i am fine now i might nip over to sherburn tom to meet some friends of the gixer junkies site i hope thats not advertising hopefully i will see you on sunday
