Actually I got the title of it wrong GL the programme I love binge watching is called 'How It's Made' about how normal everyday things are made, 'tis on the Quest channel. There is actually 4 episodes on today later, if I'm in I shall watch and enjoy 'em :)

Oooooh and Lee Mack yesssss I absolutely love watching Would I Lie To You as it has me laughing out loud and Have I Got News Fir You has me giggling too 😁😁😂

Kinda seems appropriate today (RIP Chas!), Chas and Dave are one of my many guilty pleasures. He had the same cancer I had so....... I saw them several years ago in Worthing. I think myself and my (Then) partner were the only people under 110 Y/O there. Shouldn't have been surprised really, Worthing's know locally as "Gods waiting room".

Think he died of organ failure Suzi. His cancer surgery was a success apparently, but so was mine it was then followed up by fluid on the heart and fluid/blood clots in my lungs. I got lucky really!

How do you do that then Cat? In the oven with oil over it?? I use Kale every other day but I chop it raw and use it in a smoothie, never cooked it lol... mmmm sounds good x
