I got a JMT brand Li-ion battery from eBay for my ZX-10R a couple of months ago. It's only 25% of the weight of the original and the bike starts rather quicker than before. The downside is that it's only 2.5AH instead of 6.3 so not so good if you leave your bike with parking lights on, but mine doesn't have them. So that's a recommendation.

Or over the winter months it may have starting issues with the lower output
