Well this weeks physiotherapist completely disagrees with last years physiotherapist. Apparently it's not gluteal tendinopathy anymore, but nerve root damage somewhere in my back. This time 18 months ago I was walking over 30 miles a week, every week, just for the fun of it. Now I'm in pretty nasty pain after just a few hundred yards. And all I get is advice on stretching exercises to help alleviate it - but not cure it. Really really pissed off ☹️😠
I won't remember all that, I'll just stick to Vodka and nod my head every now and again to give the impression that I'm paying attention. When in fact I'm dreaming about the weekend and upcoming shenanigans.
On the plus side, it's Bike Night at the Quay tonight........................
