Cut out cakes, biscuits, and rubbish food in general, keep up regular exercise. Get out on the bike a bit more, get my pushbike on the road. Read more instead of watching mindless TV with all that CELEB crap !!!! Well that's a start.
Eat less nutritionally crap food, do at least some exercise, and get some of the things done in the house that I keep meaning to do but never quite get around to.....
