Not really sure anything can be done about this without making considerable changes but I'll make you aware non the less.
When composing a personal message - if you try and use the extending functionality (for longer emails), the textarea height exceeds the parent containers height (as this is a fixed width on .NewMessageBubble)
Removing the fixed height fixed the first problem, but if you extend the form vertically, it eventually sits behind the span #ConversationMessagesText which of course results in me being unable to see the rest of my message regardless of using the vertical scroller as its literally hidden behind the span.
As the website is created using tables / absolute positions, not sure what to suggest other than to update the website but that isn't going to be a quick task..
