My son has just picked up a Husabeurg 501 and we need to set up Ignition timing No book and cant find info on the nett any of you got any info thanks.

We had it running yesterday and it seemed ok but then arter it cooled down couldnt get it to start again so thinking carb mixture is way out going to have a look later after I have done a few other things

Hiya JP, I always find it best to take nothing for granted and go back to basics, check all the daft things first. fresh petrol, new plug, mixture screw one and a half turns out etc, etc, etc.

Have gone though the bike doing the lot its up and running now will have to see what tomorrow brings I think its right now
