See if the pub have any entertainment on 1st before you look at booking anyone, if not remember if you pay for a dj or band have you got sole use of the room or will pub regulars have access if so can you charge them ? if not will the pub pay the cost's. Expect you already thought of it lol
Jaffa If I was you I would hang fire on music until you have definit numbers or you may end up out of pocket. You need a lot of people to justify a band! If you only have a small turnout, say 20 people, it might be better just to let them ride, talk and drink. Actually that's what I like best, but I'm a boring old git now. I've played in bands in the past and playing loud stuff to a small audience is crap, acoustic stuff works well though.
not bothered about music one way or tother just asking cause I was asked pub can accommodate us that weekend so its provisionally booked we will need to know numbers ideally by august just fancy a camp and ride with like minded people first music comes second
steve will be looking to do at least one of your camps next year as they look to be good does see you soon I hope at one of this years event

ok guys sorry for the delay in getting back to this yes its still on and am asking ken tonight to get it on the events page debs i will ring jay and lynn this week and have a word with them hope to get things moving again now
well i have emailed lynn and jay and we are deffo booked in for that weekend and we have it exclusivly for us so come on guys get your names down for a fab weekend of socialising,drinking,eating and bike riding
