If the right owner buys it and asks bikers for suggestions on improvements it could be the best biker place in the country. The only thing that keeps it going now is it's location. easy reach from many large towns and cities and on the doorstep to some great Yorkshire roads. If them 6 numbers came up I'd make an offer.
Not actually trying to add to the rumour mill, but read an article in MCN recently about the Ace Café, and the owner did say that they was thinking on branching out to other part's of the country, so maybe Squire's (if it's true about being up for sale) could be on Ace's list, so to speak. Just a thought.
