Seeing my Jack Russell charging around like a lunatic (in short bursts) and playing with his bezzie pal, my Staffie-JRT cross, on his 17th birthday today. Particularly after recovering from having eight teeth out last Friday!
Parked at side of road waiting to gain entry to delivery yard, bike pulls up behind me with flashing lights and hi-viz and saunters up to the cab. At a glance I thought perhaps it was a copper coming to bollock me for being parked with hazards going. Turned out to be a biker who does marshalling somewhere. He thought I had broken down or was lost and was going to offer what assistance he could. Faith in humanity a little further towards normal. Made I grin it did.
Stopping in a layby neat the A1 local to me (Yorkshire) who should pull into said layby? Ragnar..from London!! 👍😁 it was so coincidental..I only stopped as I had cramp, I was about to set off and dropped my glove, just about to head off again and Rag pulled up! And that was only because he missed his turning!! What a funny old morning!!
