Lovely day out in Newcastle, County Down, bikes galore, freezing cold sea air, sunshine, the mountains of Mourne, Tollymore Forest (Game of Thrones county) then a big Ulster Fry and pots of tea to warm us up. All of this made me smile today. Heaven!

Being in the doghouse as usual. One person was ok about me not sending a nod back, until a year later. The other Nodders, not so forgiving.

Well, it isn't my fault I was too thick to realise there was a Nods List. I blame the parents!!

Over the weekend; seeing BMers I'd not seen for a while, catching up with old mates n meeting new acquaintances. Everyone one of them great company and mad as a box of frogs 🐸

Just goes to show, you put in the effort to get along to meets etc and you meet a bunch of overactive, daft, kind and lovely 'teenagers' who in the main just look like they've partied hard since the 70's!

What a brilliant bunch you lot are.👍

After waiting patiently for a few weeks, and many nervous nights wondering whether I was gonna be lucky enough to be able to obtain a couple of tickets for a sellout gig.
A huge smile as wide as a mile spread across G-Town tonight.

Hand delivered, four shiny tickets to a final farewell gig of my mate's band. Oh boy, I can't wait! Giddy Kipper 😁 💃
