I was thinking that if a few wanted to come up from down South can make it over weekend with a night in Edinburgh if you fancy it.

I have a route that I do that has more local knowledge than what most folk would do so keep most happy

Would certainly meet you for a ride if free to do so.
Don't suppose you'll choose KISS weekend for benefit of those who've decided it's too far away and I can't do first or last weekend in Sept - so it's not looking good for me
But at least I live up here and can ride these roads any other time

Anyone in the whole of Scotland owing a bike but still sitting looking at a computer screen today?
Sun is splitting the sky and my morning has just opened up so I'm heading off from Hamilton about 11.30 to Peebles for a wee bite then through Galashiels and Duns to Dunbar.
Only done the Peebles route before so plenty of scope for getting lost - if anyone sees a befuddled lone biker do say 'hi', I know you'll all nod anyway. xx

Post up a a suggestion and I'm sure you'll have plenty of takers. September is a busy month for me but I'll do what I can.

Great day out today BTW, could have, SHOULD have stopped umpteen times to take photos. Never made it to Duns and Dunbar so still have that ride to tick off.

My bike is off the road for a few weeks as the seal went in engine block or drive shaft

So guys are still on France tour and I had to come home with sick bike

How ever 2 weeks should be back out and about

Always available for a cross border camping weekend .
A stretched weekend would be even better.
Happy to go anywhere as long as it's not flat. I really dislike the flatlands (vast majority of England) . Mmm must be getting tired ( been a long week)starting to whinge.
