Happy Pancake Day!!! So how do you eat yours? Personally i'm a roller. Bit of sugar and lemon then roll it up.

I have em with gravy as a starter

Then with lemon juice & sugar or jam or lemon curd

But I like em with honey best of all

And yes I do like to roll em up

The only pancakes I eat are from the OK diner, American style, fluffy, drizzled in maple syrup with crispy bacon on the side nom nom nom.

Spinach.. Watercress & Rocket Salad with Grated Mature Cheddar.. for starters..

then the real serving of pancakes comes along..

Sliced Banana.. Nutella.. Strawberry Jam... hmmog.. beyond lush and I've postponed Pancake Day till tomorrow so I all this to look forward too and the above ideas to try too.. Excited!!

Buckwheat Galette , with ham, cheese and mayonaise.

Crepe with chocolat , sliced banana and whipped cream .
Made on my genuine , bought in France , crepe pan .
