I'm back, and glad to be away from the European heat, must be me northern blood, I just can't handle it.
Anyway next stop Dent.
20 deg C and sunshine would be nice.

Yes, intend to come on my bike Steve. But slight hiccup. Just booked a bike lesson between 10 & 12 on Saturday morning (only time my instructor could do one) so will have to shoot off early saturday morning then come back later....maybe if you are on a ride out I can sort out a rendezvous?

They're a damn nuisance these peeps who insist on getting married, aren't they kwakgirl? Nearly missed the KISS rally cos of a wedding. Managed to fit both in ...just. Mind you cos I can't bear not to have my cake and eat it, nearly missed the wedding! ....got there with 10 minutes to spare!!!

I'd better plan a route then.
Thinking; Kendal, A6 Penrith, Little Salkeld for soup, Hartside, Teesdale, Brough, Sedbergh and back to Dent.
Or something else entirely.
All depends on how people feel and how far they want to ride.
Usual rule though, always meet up prior to any change in road so we don't loose people if/when we get split up.

Or if time allows... from Brough go to the Tan Hill Inn (England's highest pub), and back to Dent via the Buttertubs Pass and Hawes.

Hi all, I managed to get someone to be with mum last weekend but I am finding it hard to do the same last weekend, so it looks that I might have to sit this one out, not given up yet there might be a last minute rescue plan.
