us northerners are just more friendly i used to live in the south,chippenham,oxford,swindon and people i met (bikers)are just plain rude and ignorant thats why i came home to the northern half much nicer and more chatty lol
Where the south in that lot? I'm just outside Ashford with 10 members from the south east and a bit disappointed it wasn't a bit of a better turn out. But this crap that northerns are more friendly is real pony. it down to each person what they are like and nothing to do with where they are from.

zzrbabe42, I just think you were very unlucky!! Most bikers I've met have been great company and good for a laugh (I didn't say all) the same as in the North
I have to agree with Ragnar No 1, you get good and bad, no matter where you are
