After the success of the Pilly day, it was suggested that we try a see how many folk we can get at 1 meet up. The same place has been suggested as theres plenty of room for us all. So how about either Sunday 9th or Sunday 16th Sept ? Its birthday weekends for a couple of folks soo cale is the order of the day If everybody bought 1 person with them we would top 150 easily lol

The same place was suggested as its fairly central for folk, skeggy may be a wee bit too far for some and i cant make that weekend. If folk are happier with that weekend then its fine by me but somebody else will have to co ordinate it :)

Sandi, the initial post poses the 9th or 18th as a question attempting to solicit from members which date they would have a preferance for. Don't you think that your question of
"Which one is it?" is a tad premature after only 3 hours? Give folk a chance to express a preference or even see the thread first!

I think this needs to be a stands alone one day event and not combined with another event, as Jackie says it also needs to be some were central to give all our members a chance to attended, if any one wants to organize an event in there part of the country than they are free to do so and i know that people on the events commie's will help them

There's already 70 peeps going to the Autumn Camp. A 2 hour rideout would take us to the Forest Corner cafe, to meet up with others.
