Does anyone get out on Sunday rides from this area ? I am down visiting my son on Sunday evening (6th September) and was hoping i might get the chance for a ride out during the day (he will be in bed after a long night if my usual visits are anything to go by).Just after some advice as to where to go as i dont ride round this area very much at all.Better still if anyone was going anyway and didnt mind me tagging along ! I know its the rally weekend but some of you might still be around !
I can do ride outs, Im north of Mancs, about 7 miles north of Bury to be exact. I dont know if I will be working or not tho until I finish doing all the work rosters for the new school year. There are a few nice rides, up to Devils Bridge (but that would be nothing new if you are from Carlisle), down to Matlock, or over to Rivington Barn, or over the moors to Squires. Could choose the route depending on weather and availability of over BMers. Even if I am working, then I can sort you out with a route for you to follow.
Thanks ! that would be excellent. i am definatly going to be there that Sunday whatever the weather so hopefully we can get a few people together and make a day of it.Devils bridge would be a bit like coals to Newcastle but anywhere else would be fine by me.
