It is a fabulous weekend and what have i done with it? Nothing. Been in bed for most of it. Spent last night on an over night duty from 22:00 until 04:00. picked the Command and Control vehicle up today at 12:00 and brought it home to wash it. Now I am heading over to Bolton to to the same again. This time it is 18:00 till 04:00 then I still have to get the vehicle back to Liverpool and pick up my car. should be home for 06:00 then guess what, I am back out crewing an ambulance at the Echo Arena from 17:00 till 00:00. Anyone know any good shrinks??

Thank God that weekend is over. running total on ambulance hours for this weekend. Friday 22:00 - 04:00 (6 hrs) Saturday 18:00 - 07:30 (13 hrs) Sunday 17:00 - 11:30 (6.5) by my maths that's 24 hours. I only have to to a minimum of 13 / year to qualify for my service years. I must be mad. And I missed all the sunny weather as all my duties this week have been night ones. Roll on the Farm Yard for a relax.

That's a coincidence! Running total for either working on or riding my bike this weekend; Friday; Wetwang and back for fish and chips (4 hrs) Saturday; Servicing the bike (5 hrs) Ride to Brid and back for ice cream (3 hrs) Sunday; Tan Hill and back via Richmond, Reeth, Hawes and Squires for dinner at Tan Hill, pudding at Hawes and a chockie bar at Squires (12 hrs) by my maths that's 24 hours as well. Glad to get back to work for the rest!

I'm sure we all appreciate your efforts, paganprince, and it's ressuring to know that if we come a cropper, some ambulance crews out there are bikers and likely to be more sympathetic to our plight.

Last weekend, I spent more time than usual on my bike.

Friday travelled to caravan in Maldon: 1hr 40 mins
Saturday shopping and ride around Essex: 3 hrs
Sunday travelled to Redditch, accompanied Moonstone around on her GN 125, returned home: 7 hrs 30 mins

I'll be a bit less ambitious this weekend.
