I have been telling people about circadian cycles for years!
In my previous life, when I had to work in an office, I was rubbish about 4pm - my body just crashed!
Now I am lucky and have a lifestyle when I can sleep when I need to and eat when I want to etc...
Most weeks I do some work very early in the morning when I am fresh... then go out and play for a while... have a little nap around 3 or 4 (only need half an hour).. and can then work until the early hours or even right through the night.
And boy has my health increased since I started listening to my body clock!
