lol Jackie, we have unlimited space though ;-)
Actually I think I will make it 100 photos per album, and a maximum of 2 albums for free accounts and 50 albums for full account holders.
That's 200 photos for free, and 5,000 for full members! Can't complain at that. Just gotta hope we don't run outta space lol.
Like I don't spend enough time on here as it is lol
50 Accounts for full account holders' erm Matt is that meant to read 'ALBUMS'?
Grr!!! something wrong with this it's not formatting properly
I don't think Macs will work, like with most applications. Macs don't work in the same way as PCs, and its very difficult to develop a cross-platform script.
There will be an ActiveX component for those using Internet Explorer on a Windows based PC. There will also be a Java application for those using Firefox or another similar browser with Java capabilities. The java and activex components will have all the same features and options.
If neither work, then you're back to the good old simple uploads.
Macs... i've no idea. Good luck! :-)
yea, entire folders mate also. And it will resize the photos BEFORE uploading them, making my life much easier at this side (currently i'm resizing all the photos on the server every week manually).
System Requirements for Cataraptor...

Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 7 (including Far East versions). Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
Java Version
Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, or any other environment which is supported by Java.
Java runtime version 1.5 or above.
Any browser which supports Java applets, including:Internet Explorer (Windows) Any Mozilla-family browser (Firefox 2.0 and higher, Camino, Netscape, and others) Safari (Mac OS) Konqueror Opera 9 Chrome
How's that for ya!?!?
Extra note on Macs for Cataraptor...
Some Mac browsers require Java Embedding Plugin to be JRE 1.5-compatible. Install from here if necessary... http://javaplugin.sourceforge.net/
Works fine in firefox with the java applet, but I've found that it doesn't work at all with IE 64bit. You must use the 32bit version of IE for the activex component to run.
So far so good though, might have it online shortly!
