Started to fall about laughing at the ever-so-posh Oxford University Motorcycling Club voiceover, but if you can get past that there's actually some good stuff here...enjoy!
Must agree with you Wills there is a lot for the inexperience rider to learn from and some thing like this should become compulsory to watch not only for bike riders but new car drivers so they can understand what we are and what we could be doing at given point. Was that Jim Rockford riding the BMW?????lol
Great videos
I'd go between lanes aswell.
More room to manouvre, but from the safety angle, if you go down the outside, there's only one myopic, mirrorless moron to worry about.
There's no freakin' way you're gonna get me in pink one-piece leathers even if they do have a white stripe down the side. But I still enjoy the beauty of nature!
You didn't miss much Roachy, well not the first vid anyway, I nearly fell asleep
and I've no idea where the voice-over guy got his info from re: filtering, he said to filter down the middle of lanes isn't allowed.
Altho the voice-over guy was English I don't think the road was in England, unless I was halucinating I'm sure the riding / traffic were on the opposite side to what we do here; unless the film was shown back-to-front lol
The motorway and street signs to Ausfahrt and Einbahnstrasse tend to support the theory that it wasn't filmed in Britain. AFAIK filtering between lines of moving traffic is an offence in Germany, anyway.
