Speed camera Christmas presents

Just heard on the radio here in Holland (Where it's a kind of Christmas now, at the beginning of December) that all over the Netherlands people have been putting boxes and Christmas paper over speed cameras. I'm trying to get a photo for you, but I believe the boxes says "Merry Christmas" on them and cover the top of the camera. How funny!!!! ===================================== Found fotos...

From the title I thought someone was going to give speed cameras as Christmas pressies. It's 'kind of Christmas' over here too, a neighbour across the road put her deco's up at the end of NOVEMBER!

Are you sure they haven't been put there by the polizei, and that they could be made of something see through? Drivers might think, ohh it's got a box over it, then go past at Mach1, and get the fine soon after.

no, its been organised by and underground group i think. Everyone woke up to it this morning all over holland haha. Gotta love the Dutch sometimes
