Yep, I thought the same thing...an advert for wearing the proper gear.
There's a cardboard cut out at my training schools office of a young lad sat naked on a scooter and the tag line of "you may as well ride like this if you don't wear the proper gear" or words to that effect.
I thought it had a brilliant message though at the end - fun but effective.
