My bike seems to have developed a noise that's not a rattle so not suspecting cam chains etc its more of a jingle like keys gently rattling. If I pull the clutch in and rev the engine it stops so it's only while the engines under load. The Fazer owners club have suggested a loose spacer laying in the downpipes but it's deffo not that. Any sensible suggestions anyone??
A rattle can only be made by something loose mate... have a good look over it. Hopefully you will find something that ain't in your engine!!! But,, is your clutch worn??
put screew driver next to your ear use it like stethascope
handle era tip around engine where cluch cover is
if its rattling it will transmit along the driver you will hear better that way move around try lockating it dont rev too hard just in case if ur not hapy take it to trusted bike shop ride care fully mate dont want to break it !

It is similar to pinking but a bit more jangly. It's not loud but it's deffo not my imagination. Maybe i'm best letting someone else ride it to see what they think eh
An engine will transmit vibes differently with the clutch in,, get the back wheel off the floor and start it and go through the gears,, see if its in the drive chain..
