Thanks blues, sorry folks I have to say I didn't enjoy Sonny and Brownie. It was too maudlin for me, I like my blues upbeat. LOL ya know what I mean.
I'm not watching the rest of the programmes, obviously cos I'm on here, so if anyone else watched the other blues programmes tell us what you thought. It's ok I know what Eric Clapton sounds like lol

Upbeat blues? that's a new one to me kwak. i like all of it but i'm funny like that. best was blues brittania. A good history lesson. For the roots of rock in uk.
I can't explain it blues but some blues music is ok it's the stuff like S & B I don't like.
I couldn't be bothered to watch anymore in case it was as bad
I'm glad you enjoyed it tho
I guess I like a good beat, cos even when you're hard of hearing ya can still feel the beat, probably why I love rock n roll and rockabilly so much.
Thanks for the edumacation, it's interesting to know.
Do you like Cajun music blues?
like a bit of cajun music. If yer into rockabilly then you will like Imelda may.
My maiden name was May. (my sister's name Maggie lol ~ seriously)
I've never heard of Imelda, I'll google her later, cheers blues.
I am watching that program now a really enjoying it, I like almost any music with no favourite type but that maybe comes from my dad being a drummer in the old style three piece band, to my brother being a skiffle, folk bluegrass musician and my daughter being a military musician.
oh yeah an I can play a mean tune on my comb and paper.
