Your best getting an up to date one Jonesie. I borrowed one off a freind for my son (who is still yet to take his) however I do know that they change some of the questions each year. DSA do one every year that has all the questions in it, I think its about £14, make sure you get the motorcycle one tho as the Q's on test are different to the theory test for cars. I note there is one on Amazon... due for release that covers 09/10 theory tests, if you pre order its £8.99 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Official-Theory-Motorcyclists-V...mp;sr=8-15 Hope thats some help to you

Thanks Shell, I didn't realise a new edition was about to come out & thought I might be able to grab a used version on the 08/09 one but will hang on until the end of July & get the very latest.

Your welcome hon. I found a lot of it was what I knew already from driving a car, there are some 1st aid Q's tho in it as well as many that are relevant to someone on a bike rather than in a car. Good luck with it when you take it

hmm better do some swotting then as it was a bit embarassing as the only questions I got wrong on my car theory test were the first aid ones & I was on a medical related degree at the time - oops!

i got 100% on my bike theory, then a few months later had to take the test again for car licence... which was almost identically the same and I got 100% again lol

Show off Matt LOL .. mind you I got 100% on the theory & 85% on hazard. There are web sites you can practice your theory test on for free, but they do tend to give the same or almost the same Q's each time
