Hi a plea from a colleague at work... The gear lever has come off his bike, not the full arm, just the actual bit that you move up and down with your toes?! Does anybody know where he could get one? Thanks

Hmmm... only spent a few minutes searching but can't find the peg on it's own. Maybe just buy a complete lever off eBay (there are a couple on there for about £25) and then he has the option to swap out the complete lever or just the peg. If I find just the peg I will get back to you.

It's very unlike a Suzuki for bits to start dropping off ....... Normally they just rust away!

No fight. It's true that Suzuki had a real problem with paintwork and rusting, and that the finish on some of them was so thin, that you could read a newspaper though it. It's not true of all of them, for example, my Brother's Nitrous 1260 GSXR was still pristine, despite being a 1995 model... ... until it blew up in flames... but that's another story

Thanks for the pat on the back, karey!! Exactly what I need today... If it's any help to your friend, this season's colour for shifter pegs is light aubergine....

Always was a shame cos they've always made bulletproof engines. Starting to sway more and more towards the Hayabusa ... but must let head rule heart! And pocket rule head for that matter!!
