Ok, he's off on one again, but seriously, I think you'll like this one
It wont send you to sleep like the last one
but it might keep you awake
After this thread has been on here for a while I'll tell you about my smell experience, on the way back from Barnsley Wed night.
Spooky

Its only 25 mins, well worth a listen
That was interesting! Ive got an extra sensitive sense of smell..so much so I can smell things a mile off and it triggers extreme illergic reactions..must say since I had my tonsils out last year...the reactions are not as bad!!!
I'm thinking of getting a job as a sniffer dog or one of those gas detection machines lol
My sense of smell is so attuned that when I had a gas leak the gas man came out and couldn't get a reading on his machine, some while later I persuaded them to send someone out again because I could still smell gas (my lad was only about 18 mths old at the time) and the reading was hardly noticeable.
Another house I lived at we had annual gas checks yet when I sold the house the new owners ended up in hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning. I had suffered headaches for ages while living there but never realised it was C M.
C M has no smell, gas doesn't smell either but they added one so we could detect it.
It's difficult to believe I have such a good sense of smell considering I have a nasal polyp and my nose feels stuffed up. Even when I have a cold I can still smell things. Probably cos I'm hard of hearing.
On my way back from Barnsley the other day, I was going through a village and and got a "whiff" of a smell that took me back over 50 years
It smelled like the first day back at school (juniors) new books, new rubbers very REAL instant transportation back in time
Then a bit further on "wild garlic" takin a new girlfiend for a walk in the woods when I was 14
Then I got home and this prog on the radio
Who writes this script
Do have a listen its spooky but very pleasant memories are evoked
