Heard this prog on the radio the other day and it got me thinking? Why didn't nobody research this before? It could have saved me a lot of trauma Have a listen to it, if you have the time/inclination ? Which are you? A or B ? Em http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00j72bg/Type_A_Me...t_Type_B!/

Just listened to it, Prof! I have been telling people about circadian cycles for years! In my previous life, when I had to work in an office, I was rubbish about 4pm - my body just crashed! Now I am lucky and have a lifestyle when I can sleep when I need to and eat when I want to etc... Most weeks I do some work very early in the morning when I am fresh... then go out and play for a while... have a little nap around 3 or 4 (only need half an hour).. and can then work until the early hours or even right through the night. And boy has my health increased since I started listening to my body clock! Great find!

I couldn't get past the snoring, goes right thro me so had to switch it off. Like T C I also sleep when I'm tired and eat when I'm hungry
