It seems that the old program available on our Help page has been causing some problems with uploads. Therefore I've uploaded a new program along with example configuration sample to help you resize your photos for fast and easy uploading...
Program: JPEG Resizer (Important: Use this example configuration)
Did it 'crop' or 'resize' as default? I think Crop might be set as default, which of course you don't want.
The important things are to set it as Resize (not crop), set the resolution higher than 600 pixels width and tick the box that keeps the proportions (or you'll end up with a distorted image).
Bumping once because i want as many people to see this as possible.
Please do NOT use the "Image Resizer" anymore that was previously on the Help page.
Please only use the new JPEG Resizer.
